Visa Requirements for Study Visa — Russian Federation
The following are the visa requirements to get a Study Visa of the Russian Federation. Please ensure all documents are prepared and legalized as required before visiting the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country.

International Passport
Traveling Document valid not less than two years

Original Invitation Letter from the University
Issued through Dagestan State Medical University by the Federal Migration Service

Original School Certificates
O-level / SSCE / HSSC, Bachelor or Master Degree if available (should be legalized)

General Health – Medical Certificate
Issued at least two months prior to entrance into Russia (should be legalized)
6
HIV – AIDS Test Result
Issued at least two months prior to the entrance (should be legalized)
7
2 Passport Photos
Size 3.5 × 4.5 cm

To and Fro Air Ticket
Valid for one year

Visa Process Overview

Apply to DSMU & Receive Invitation Letter
Apply online and receive your Admission Confirmation Letter, then get your Official Invitation Letter issued by the Federal Migration Service (takes 35–45 days).

Prepare Your Documents
Get all required documents attested, legalized, and translated as required by your local Russian Embassy.

Visit Russian Embassy / Consulate
Submit your complete visa application at the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate in your home country.

Fly to Russia
After receiving your visa, inform DSMU of your flight details. Our representative will receive you at the airport.
