Airport Pickup Service
We always receive all our students at the airports of Russia and we shall make arrangements for transportation from the airport to the University. It is advisable to book all flights as soon as possible, because the beginning of the academic year is a busy time to travel in Russia.
Students who have received their Russian visa must inform us about their arrival details, so that Dagestan State Medical University's representative can receive them at the airport. Please send us the scan copy of the booked ticket.
How the Airport Pickup Works
Book Your Flight
Book your flight to Russia as early as possible, especially during peak academic season.
Send Flight Details
Email us your flight number, date and arrival time along with a scan of your booked ticket.
Representative Assigned
Our representative will be assigned and confirmed to receive you at the arrival hall of the airport.
Transfer to University
You will be transferred comfortably from the airport directly to the university hostel.
What to Bring on Arrival
Every student must bring the following on arrival in Russia:
- Original complete documents (passport, visa, invitation letter, school certificates)
- Full first year payment or Payment Receipt confirming first year expenses are paid
- Medical certificates (health certificate, HIV test result)
- Passport-size photos
- Sufficient cash for initial expenses
